Shipping, Deliveries, and in Store Pickup Policy

Preferred Shipping Provider:

Due to available coverage and competitive shipping rates, our primary shipping provider is Australia Post for all orders. Some items are not suitable to be shipped via Australia Post, due to this alternative shipping methods may be used at a higher shipping cost.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Orders with in-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Items that are sourced from our suppliers are dispatched the following business day after arrival into our warehouse.

Shipping Areas:

We provide shipping services across all of Australia and some international locations. However, some remote areas may have restricted delivery options. Where this occurs, additional charges will apply and will be quoted to you accordingly prior to dispatch of your item.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping fees are calculated from our preferred carrier's rates, the item's dimensions, weight, destination, and the costs associated with handling and packaging your item. This will be transparently displayed and applied during your purchase.

Delivery Time and Tracking:

Post dispatch, your order's delivery timeline is influenced by the carrier's network conditions and the selected shipping method. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you during checkout. For order updates, a tracking number will be provided to you as your product leaves our warehouse.

Please note that all orders require a recipient's signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not available, the order may be redirected to the nearest Australia Post outlet or courier depot. It is your responsibility to retrieve your item should your parcel be redirected.

Failed Deliveries:

Should your delivery fail due to incorrect address or the recipient's absence during delivery, it may be sent back to our warehouse. The possibility of redelivery exists but will incur additional costs for your item to be re-shipped.

Order Hasn't Arrived?

Your Tax Invoice/Order confirmation will contain the shipping consignment number and the name of the freight provider. If there is an issue in the delivery, we recommend contacting the freight provider directly with your consignment number first. For items shipped via Australia Post, you can track your parcel via your provided tracking number.

Storage and Collection:

If, for some reason, your parcel is not delivered, it is typically stored at the carrier’s collection point. The delivery service will provide instructions for its collection or potential redelivery to you.

Local Deliveries:

For our customers in our local area (Burpengary, Queensland), we may be able to offer local deliveries for specific items. For more details and pricing, please get in touch with us.

In Store Pick-Up:

yamahaparts.au can facilitate in-store pickups for items purchased either online or over the phone. The item(s) must be paid in full before collection. If your item is not immediately ready at our warehouse, we will notify you via email or SMS once it is available for pick-up.

Goods and Services Tax (GST):

All prices on our website are inclusive of the Australian GST. At checkout, the aggregate price, inclusive of GST and shipping charges, will be applied.
